How to Submit

Option 1: Feedback Form

  1. Go to Help Center → Submit Feedback
  2. Choose feedback type
  3. Fill in details
  4. Submit

Option 2: In-App

  1. Click on your profile
  2. Select "Send Feedback"
  3. Fill the form
  4. Submit

What Happens Next

  1. Review: Team reviews within 48 hours
  2. Assessment: Feasibility and impact analysis
  3. Update: Status updates via email
  4. Implementation: For approved features

Feedback Status

You can track your feedback:

  • New: Received, under review
  • Reviewed: Being considered
  • In Progress: Being implemented
  • Implemented: Live on platform
  • Rejected: Not feasible (with explanation)
