Required Documents

Ethiopian Nationals:

• National ID (front and back)
• Selfie photo

Foreign Nationals:

• Passport (photo page)
• Selfie photo
• Valid visa (if applicable)

Photo Requirements

Document Photos:

• Clear, well-lit images
• All corners visible
• Text readable
• No glare or shadows

Selfie:

• Face clearly visible
• Good lighting
• No filters or sunglasses
• Match ID photo

Submission Process

1. Go to Profile → KYC Verification
2. Select document type
3. Upload front of ID
4. Upload back of ID (if applicable)
5. Take/upload selfie
6. Submit for review

Review Time

• Standard: 24-48 hours
• You'll be notified via email and in-app notification
