How to create a property listing

Creating a listing on WaveMart is simple and straightforward:

Step 1: Navigate to Create Listing

Click on "Create Listing" from the main navigation or your dashboard.

Step 2: Choose Property Type

Select whether you're listing a House or Land.

Step 3: Enter Property Details

For Houses:

• Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
• Total area (square meters)
• Number of floors
• Year built
• Amenities and features

For Land:

• Total area
• Dimensions (front and side)
• Zoning information
• Utilities available

Step 4: Add Location

Select the region, zone, woreda, and kebele. Add specific location details.

Step 5: Upload Photos

Add high-quality photos:

• Exterior views
• Interior rooms
• Special features
• Site plans (if available)

Step 6: Set Price and Terms

• Set your asking price
• Choose sale or rental
• If rental, specify period (monthly/yearly)

Step 7: Review and Submit

Review all information and submit for admin approval.
